If a qualifying product is returned for a refund, the corresponding free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund amount.

In accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, if you wish to initiate a return, please submit a request via our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product. All physical items, including the main product, must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

If the purchased product included a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition to qualify for a full refund. Failure to return the gift will result in the deduction of its standard retail value from the refund amount.
